Review: Manhattan Trio Effect Blush ROUGE & HIGHLIGHTER - Cherry Cocktail

This little set comes with three things, a highlighter, a blush and a bronzer.

Packaging
The packaging is pretty simple, typical for drugstore products. The top is clear and it has the Manhattan logo and the name of the product on it. It's kind of hard to open, but I think that's a good thing, because you won't have any problems with it opening in your makeup bag. The only thing that I don't like is that you only get 7 g, I mean you get a bronzer, highlighter and a blush that together weigh 7 g. That's such a small amount of product.

Highlighter
It's white with a pearly finish. It looks pretty natural, but you can build it up if you want to exaggerate your features. Since the colour is neutral (it doesn't have pink nor yellow undertone) it will work for every skin tone and with every blush you choose.

Blush
The colour is kind of peachy pink and I love it. These type of colours really revive you face and make you look more awake. It's not very pigmented, so you don't have to be too careful when applying it. There is no shimmer or glitter in it, but it still isn't too matte, it's actually satin finish. If you're interested in buying this trio just for the blush, I suggest you to skip it, because there are a lot of other mono-blushes similar to this one.

Bronzer
This is my favourite product in this trio. The colour is perfect for my fair skin, it doesn't leave my skin looking muddy and dirty like some other bronzers do. Even though it has a yellow undertone, it looks very natural on my skin and it just warms it up without being orange. I wouldn't recommend it if you're already tan, but if you have fair skin like I do, go ahead and buy it. I promise you, you won't regret it. It is also a satin finish.
