Review : YSL Rouge Volupte Shine lipstick in 12 Corail Incandescent

I have been thinking about posting a review on this lipstick for quite some time and now I'm finally doing it. I think that something this amazing has to be talked about. So, lets begin :)

First of all, the packaging is absolutely gorgeous, it's gold with silver YSL symbol. It's silver just in the shine collection, but in the regular, it's gold. The lid is secure, so your lipstick will be just fine when you throw it in the make up bag.

I originally wanted to get Rouge Volupte which is the regular YSL lipstick, but I had problems with finding the right color. I thought that the ones from the shine collection were poorly pigmented, but I was wrong. The truth is the YSL RV are more pigmented, but the ones from the shine collection have pigmentation, as well as high shine. The thing I love about this lipstick is, even when it wears off, you can still see the color on the lips.

Mine is in the color 12 Corail Incandescent which is a bright coral pink. It honestly livens up my complexion and I love it for that. It's great for those mornings when you wake up too late, just put on some concealer, mascara and this lipstick and you're out the door. It just makes me look so fresh and awake.

It stays on pretty long, and as I already said, even after it wears off, you'll be left with stained lips. The only downside is the price. I mean, I don't regret buying it because it's my favorite lipstick ever but it's too expensive.
