NYX Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick Vintage and Soft-Spoken || Review ||

Kao što i sami znate, tečni ruževi i mat izgled na usnama su apsolutno preovladali tržištem. Kod nas ih nažalost još nema, ali ipak imamo neke slične proizvode. Jedan od takvih je upravo NYX Liquid Suede Cream ruž. Ukoliko ste mislili da su to ustvari tečni ruževi, samo pročitajte naziv proivoda ponovo gdje vam jasno govori da je riječ o kremastom ružu. Razlika između njih je u tome što se tečni ruževi osuše na usnama i daju potpuni mat izgled, dok ovi ruževi obavljaju samo dio tog posla. Kada se tek nanesu izgledaju veoma vlažno, međutim to prođe jako brzo i oni postanu mat iako se nikada ne osuše u potpunosti na usnama, Ukoliko tražite ruž koji se neće prenositi, onda ove možete preskočiti. I nakon nekoliko sati ne osuši se u potpunosti i ostavlja tragove.

Postoji ukupno 12 nijansi ovih ruževa i pod to spadaju nude, jarki, tamni i jedna neobična boja, a ja sam odabrala Soft-Spoken i Vintage.

>> As you already know, liquid lipsticks and matte lips have taken over the market. Sadly, they are still not available in Bosnia and Herzegovina but we have some similar products. One of those are the NYX Liquid Suede Cream Lipsticks. If you thought they were liquid lipsticks, just read the name once again and you will know that they are actually cream lipsticks. The main difference is that the liquid lipsticks dry on the lips as well as give a matte look. However, the Suede ones only do one of those things and that is making the lips look matte. When you apply them, they look a bit wet and pretty liquid, but that phase is over soon and you're left with a matte look, but they never actually dry on the lips completely. If you're in the market for a transfer-proof lipstick, then skip this line completely because they transfer even after hourly wear.

There are 12 shades in total included nudes, brights, darks as well as one very unusual color. The ones that I have are Soft-Spoken and Vintage.

Dolaze u plastičnom pakovanju po čijoj boji možete znati koja nijansa je unutra. Iako je bočica obojena, a ne providna prilično tačno prikazuje boju ruža. Na samom poklopcu se nalazi neki ukrasni crni kamen, Ja sam zadovoljna sa pakovanjem, lijepo izgleda i čvrsto se zatvara i do sada nisam primijetila da se brišu slova kao što se dešava sa Colourpop Ultra Matte ruževima kada ih nosim sa sobom u torbi. Za 18 KM u Ogledalcetu i u NYX shopu u Alti u Sarajevu, dobijete 4 ml proizvoda.

>>They come in a plastic packaging in the color of the lipstick inside. Even though it is not see-through but only colored, it actually shows the shade of the lipstick pretty accurately. The lid has some kind of black decorative gem glued on it. I am satisfied with the packaging, it looks nice and it closes well. So far, I haven't noticed that any of the letters are coming off like they do on my Colourpop Ultra Matte lipsticks when I carry them with me in a bag. Depending on where you live, the prices may vary. For example, Ulta sells the Suedes for $6.99 and you get 4ml of product.

Što se formule tiče, poprilično su tečni i kremasti. Ako ih uporedimo sa NYX Soft Matte lipcreams (recenzija ovdje) koji su poprilično pjenasti, možemo primijetiti da su mnogo tečniji i ljepše se nanose. Pigmentacija im je odlična. Samo sa jednim prelazom dobijete puni efekat. Veoma su lagani za nanijeti i ugodni na usnama. Apsolutno nema nikakvog isušivanja niti zatezanja usana. Iako nisu tečni ruževi i ne suše se u potpunosti, meni ovakva formula odgovara. Daje mi mat izgled, a u isto vrijeme ne moram brinuti da će mi isušiti usne. Tvrde da su ovi ruževi vodootporni, međutim ja se apsolutno ne slažem s tim. Nije ih baš lagano skinuti, ali voda utječe na njih, pomjera i pomalo briše ruž na određenim mjestima.

>>The formula is very liquid and creamy. When we compare it with the NYX Soft Matte lipcreams (review here) which are pretty mousse-like, we can easily see that these are a lot more liquid and they apply a lot nicer. They have amazing pigmentation and with only one swipe of the applicator, you get full impact of color. They are very easy to apply and they're really comfortable on the lips. The Suedes will not dry your lips out nor make them feel tight like some matte lipsticks tend to do. Even though these are not liquid lipsticks and they don't dry completely on the lips, I love the formula the way it is because I can have matte lips without worrying my lips will be in a bad condition afterwards. They claim that these lipsticks are waterproof, but I don't agree with them. They are not the easiest to remove, but water will move them around and impact the color and the opacity.

Nisam pretjetano oduševljena aplikatorom iako fino kupi i nanosi proizvod. Kao što vidite na slici ispod, poprilično je dug i malo zakrivljen. Zamjerka mi je njegova veličina jer mi otežava nanošenje. Ukoliko imate sličan problem, slobodno uzmite kist za ruž i precizno iscrtajte usne. Ukoliko ste jedna od onih djevojaka koja voli blago precrtavati usne, obradovaću vas činjenicom da je to moguće. S obzirom da nisu uopšte sjajni već mat, izgledaju lijepo i kada odete van rubova usana.

>> I am not very fond of the applicator even though it picks up the product and spreads it on the lips pretty well. As you can see in the picture, it is very long and bent a bit. What I don't like about it is the fact that is so big and it makes the application more difficult. If you have this kind of problem, just grab a lip brush and use that to line your lips precisely. If you're one of those girls who love to slightly overline the lips, I will make you very happy by saying that you can do it with this product. Since they are not glossy at all, they're actually matte, the Liquid Suede lipsticks look good even when you go slightly above your lip line.

Priznajem da je bilo poprilično teško uhvatiti realnu sliku bočica, ali mislim da je bitnije da je boja ruža dobro prikazana. Primijetićete da swatchevi na ruci i na usnama što je sasvim normalno, ali boja koju vidite na usnama je upravo onakva kakva je i uživo.

Prije nego što nastavim sa bližim opisom nijansi, želim samo da napomenem da se sve što sam napisala o ruževima do sada, uključujući i formulu, primjenjuje na obje nijanse Liquid Suede ruževa.

>> I admit that I had trouble with capturing the real color of the packaging, but I think it is more important that the actual color of the lipstick is shown accurately. You will probably notice that the swatches on the hand and on the lips look a bit different which is completely normal, but the color you see on my lips looks the same as it does in real life.

Before I start describing each of the shades, I just want to note that everything that I said this far, including the formula description, can be applied to both shades.

Ispod su swatchevi oba ruža. Na lijevoj strani se nalazi Vintage, a Soft-Spoken je na desnoj. Na prvoj slici još uvijek nisu postali mat, s obzirom da je slikano neposredno nakon nanošenja.

Soft-Spoken

Ovo je definitivno jedan od mojih omiljenih ruževa. Zavisno od boje vaše kože može povući više na smeđu ili rozu. Po mom mišljenju, Soft-Spoken sadrži savršenu kombinaciju obje nijanse i izgleda fenomenalno na većini ljudi. Traje satima na usnama prije nego što počne blijediti i nestajati sa unutrašnjosti i rubova usana. S obzirom da na formulu, nije bitno kakvu hranu jedete bilo da je masna ili ne, ruž će se početi skidati. Meni to ne predstavlja problem jer ga je veoma lahko popraviti i kada se reaplicira, ne stvore se male grudvice već izgleda kao da je prvi put nanijet. Ukoliko ne jedete dok nosite ovaj ruž, poprilično će vam dobro trajati na usnama. Možda oko četvrtog sata ćete primijetiti da je ruž počeo blijediti i skidati se na određenim dijelovima. Smatram da spada poprilično lijepo s obzirom da ne ostavlja ružne tragove za sobom (osim ako jedete).

>> This is definitely one of my favorite lipsticks. Depending on the color and undertone of your skin, it can look more brown or pink. In my opinion, it contains the perfect combination of those two shades and it looks phenomenal on most people. It lasts for hours before it starts fading and disappearing from the inner part of the lips as well as the outer corners. Having the formula in mind, no matter what kind of food you eat the lipstick will come off on certain places. This is not such a big deal for me because it reapplies very nicely without any crumbs or product buildup appearing. It looks as if it was just applied. If you don't eat while wearing the lipstick, it will last you for a pretty long time on the lips. It will start fading around the fourth hour of wear. I find that it wears off very nicely and evenly (except when eating).

Vintage

Generalno volim tamne nijanse ruževa i upravo zato me je ovaj i privukao. Već odavno sam ga gledala na YouTube i jako sam se obradovala kada sam vidjela da su konačno dostupni i u Bosni i Hercegovini. Ova bordo nijansa definitivno nije za svakoga, ali je divna i nosiva iako je tako tamna. Jedina mala zamjerka koju imam je što malo brže nestaje sa usana nego Soft-Spoken ili se jednostavno više primijeti zbog činjenice što je tamna. Primijetila sam da se već oko trećeg sata nošenja počeo malo brisati sa sredine usana, mada nije ništa strašno. Ruž je bio na usnama nekih šest sati i tek sam ga onda popravila. Nije se obrisao, samo što je na određenom dijelu postao svjetliji. Sreća pa je formula takva da se veoma lahko može popraviti.

>> I am a fan of dark lipsticks in general and that is what drew me in to buy this one. I have been eyeing it on YouTube for a long time now and I got very excited when I saw that they are finally available in B&H as well. This burgundy shade is definitely not everyone's cup of tea, but it is absolutely beautiful and wearable even though it is such a dark shade. The only complaint I have regarding this lipstick is that it fades from the lips a bit quicker compared to Soft-Spoken or maybe it is just more noticeable since it is so dark. Around the third hour of wear, I have noticed that it started to fade in the inner part of the lip, but it is actually not so apparent. Since it didn't come off but just faded a bit, I have kept it on for six hours in total before reapplying it. The formula is great and it allows reapplication which is very fortunate.

Ukoliko do sada niste kupili nijedan od Liquid Suede Cream ruževa, preporučujem da to definitivno uradite što prije. Nećete se pokajati.
