NYX soft matte lip cream Istanbul || Review ||

Svi su poludjeli za mat usnama, i upravo su tu uskočili tečni ruževi i polahko počeli preplavljivati Američko tržište. Nažalost, u Bosni i Hercegovini nema mnogo izbora. Imamo samo NYXove matte lip creams i odnedavno, njihove Liquid Suede ruževe. NYX u Sarajevu možete kupiti u Ogledalce Cosmetics (klik) i u Alta shopping centu gdje je izbor malo lošiji, a cijene veće za oko 2-3 KM. Ja sam Istalbul platila oko 14 KM.

         >> Everyone went crazy about matte lips and that is exactly where liquid lipsticks stepped in and slowly started overflowing the American market. Sadly, there is not much choice in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We only have the NYX soft matte lip creams, and their Liquid Suede cream lipsticks that came into our market a few days ago. NYX is available in Sarajevo in Ogledalce Cosmetics (click) and in the Alta shopping center which has a bit poorer shelves and prices higher for about 2-3 KM. I paid somewhere around 14 KM for Istanbul.

Ovo i nisu baš tečni ruževi, ali mnogo podsjećaju na njih. Boja koju ja imam je Istanbul i to je jedna veoma nježna, svijetla roza nijansa. Lahko je nosiva jer nije previše napadna. Istanbul je hladnog podtona, tako da ako niste baš lude za takvim ruževima, predlažem da ga preskočite.

         >> These aren't exactly liquid lipsticks, but they remind me of them a lot. The shade that I have is Istanbul and it is a very soft, light pink shade. It is very easy to wear since it is not so out there. This lip cream has a cool undertone, so if you're not crazy about those kinds of lipsticks I would suggest you to skip it.

Proizvod dolazi u plastičnom pakovanju na kojem se vidi boja ruža koji je unutra. Dobijate 0.27 fl. oz. ili 8 ml, što je po mom mišljenju sasvim dobra količina. Ruž je veoma pigmentiran i kremast, kao što i njegovo samo ime govori. Nanosi se spužvastim aplikatorom, nalik tipičnim aplikatorima koje dobijate uz sjajeve. Smatram da veoma lahko nanosi proizvod, međutim nisam sigurna kako funkcioniše sa tamnijim ruževima s obzirom da je njih uvijek malo teže nanijeti. Jedina zamjerka je što ako pokušate da stavite više proizvoda na usne jer želite da je boja još intenzivnija, imaćete malih problema da aplikacija bude potpuno ravnomjerna. Međutim, to je poprilično lahko riještiti tako što ćete preći preko svjetlijih dijelova više puta.

         >> The product comes in a plastic container which shows you the color of what hides inside. You get 0.27 fl. oz. or 8 ml of product which is a very good amount in my opinion. This lip cream is very pigmented and creamy, as the name itself suggests. You get a doe foot applicator, which is very similar to what you usually get with lipglosses. I think that it does a very good job of distributing the product, but I am not entirely sure how it works with darker lip creams because we all know that those shades are always harder to put on. The only problem that I have with this lip cream is that when you try to build it up on the lips if you want a higher intensity, there are some problems to get it on evenly. However, that is fairly easy to fix, all you have to do it go over the patchy parts a few times and you'll be good to go.


Ovi lip creams su više pjenaste, nego tečne teksture. Baš iz tog razloga je veoma lahko raditi s njima. Kada se osuše postaju mat, ali njima definitivno treba malo više vremena nego što sam očekivala. Da bi se ovaj ruž potpuno osušio na mojim usnama, dakle da se ne može nimalo mrdati kada ga pokušam razmazati, treba nekih pola sata. To vam daje više vremena da se malo poigrate s njim, recimo ukoliko želite da ih kombinujete više da dobijete ombre izgled. Meni duži period sušenja nimalo ne smeta i ne vidim razloga zašto bi smetao ikome.

         >> These lip creams have a moussy, not liquidy texture. I think that is the main reason why they are so easy to work with. When they dry, they become completely matte but they definitely need a bit more time than I expected. In order for this lip cream to be completely dry on my lips, meaning that is doesn't move around at all when I press my lips together or when I try to smear it, it takes around half an hour. This gives you more than enough time to play around with it, maybe if you want to combine more of them to get an ombre lip. The fact that it takes this long to dry doesn't bother me at all and I don't see why it would.

Moram naglasiti da je lip cream Istanbul veoma dugotrajan na usnama i trajaće vam satima bez da se počnu stvarati mrvice na usnama, ili da se počne brisati. Jedino pazite kada jedete masnu hranu, jer masnoća rastvara ruževe. Imaju neodoljiv miris koji nevjerovatno podjsjeća na puding od vanilije.

         >> I have to say that the lip cream in the shade Istanbul is very long wearing on the lips and it will last you hours without any crumbs appearing, or product disappearing. You have to be careful when you're eating greasy food, because grease is known to dissolve lipsticks and makeup in general. These lip creams have an irresistible scent, they smell like vanilla pudding.

Ovo je definitivno jedan on mojih omiljenih proizvoda i jedva čekam da se vratim po još.
